I used to enjoy food from your restaurant, last night I tried to call to order but was unable to. Because of all the screaming in the background the girl on the phone was unable to hear me or focus on me the customer. So I hung up , pulled over and ordered online . 45.00 worth of food
Upon arrival I went inside , I was the only customer there, BUT THE YELLING AND SCREAMING was still making it hard for anyone to think or hear….. Why would anyone want to eat from such a poorly managed restaurant!!!?? I tried to give my name and order number to a fat old Indian woman who wouldn’t shut up long enough for me to speak!!! Isn’t this an Asian restaurant??? Why are the loudest least organized most obnoxious people in this restaurant INDIAN?? Are these elephant worshipping cow fuqers actually buying Asian restaurants with free government grants now?
This place went down hill majorly!!!! I used to recommend this place now I’m going to warn people from coming here!!!
If you run a restaurant make it a pleasant experience. If you run a kitchen don’t be so freaking loud !!

Lotus Garden is hands down my favorite Chinese restaurant. Unfortunately, there is no longer "delivery" option when ordering online and having lost my voice due to covid, I cant order via phone. Sadly I had to order from another place.

I am very upset with your restaurant. My first time ordering from your place and found a smiley face put on an onion in my fried rice.. it's not funny and I will put bad reviews on Facebook about your bad actions. On who did this . I took a picture of it and will post it on line .. Shame on you!

I give Lotus Garden thumps up of my very 1st order today, which includes 3 items plus hot&soup. I love the shrimp size in Shrimp with Chinese Vegetables. I placed order online and it's ready in timely manner. I appreciate the social distance measure put in place to mitigate contact protecting both the customers and their staff during pandemic. Food is freshly cooked and tasty. They put in a pint of free sweet/sour chicken, a very nice gesture to start the New Year.
I definitely will be back to this place.

Lotus is sooooo good words can't describe. Some places this is good or that is good. Lotus..... Its all good. Definitely totally recommend to all who go. Thank you so much for no disappointments. 5 stars for sure. Definitely worth putting lotus in ur contacts.

Everytime I order from here the food is always excellent. People are complaining that it takes a while for the food to arrive but sometimes you have to wait for good service. Always high quality.

To the annoying commentor who bad mouths the business online and doesn't have the balls to post your name. You didn't even give them a chance to make up for a mistake. They are people too not your slaves who must serve you perfectly everytime! You didn't even try to call them to find out the issue. Sometimes the internet goes down, maybe you didn't even give them the proper address number because your typo...what ever it is, your comments were unreasonable and Shame on YOU!

Oh Wow, this is the first time I'm ordering through Lotus Garden's Online...I'm so excited ;)We love this Family owned and operated local restaurant. The food is soooooo DELICIOUS too. Our family have been getting our take-outs and dine-in orders for years. The best chinese oriental food in town. Every time I order food from Lotus Garden, we just can't wait!!! Love you guys :D
